2025 Took Off (by Coordinate Plane)

✈️ In honor of New Year's Eve, I'd like to take a moment to reflect: 2025 was the year my business truly started taking off... By Coordinate Plane!
💡 What started as a simple idea has grown into so much more than I could have imagined, and has finally turned into real momentum, meaningful partnerships, and growing confidence in the work I am building.

📍 I started the year strong right here at home in San Diego, working on a project sponsored by the San Diego County Parks Society. Together, alongside park rangers and local leaders, we brought the magic of San Diego's County Parks to students across the country, and even abroad. Collaborating with the people who protect the places I love right here in my own backyard reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.

💍 Then in March I took some time off to become Mrs. T. No worries though, my trademark stays the same. Mr. T. and I enjoyed our honeymoon in Greece, obviously inspiring new Math Maps of Ancient Civilizations... Project for 2026!

🗺️ I facilitated the Education Round Table at the Public Lands Alliance, presented for the second year at the National Association for Interpretation Conference, attended the ASU+GSV Summit and AIR Show, and enjoyed my first ever Esri Education Summit. Making new friends, building relationships, and expanding my network along the way.

🌵 I am ending the year with one of my most exciting projects yet: Explore Joshua Tree National Park with Traveling Miss T. officially launches next week, kicking off a major rollout campaign for 2026 called "Joshua Tree January." This project highlights my nonprofit partners at the Joshua Tree National Park Association, and also introduces new affiliate partnerships that will carry Traveling Miss T. into the year ahead.

🪩 As I look toward 2026, I feel grateful, inspired, and ready to navigate whatever comes next. Mappy New Year!
